If you like a chance to be Nuffnang's Featured Blogger Of The Month, contact us at helpdesk and tell us:
1) Who you are (Photos of yourself would be a bonus).
2) Why you think we just HAVE to make you the Featured Blogger Of The Month. If you are selected, a member of our Nuffnang Team will contact you.
If you are not selected, don't be disappointed. There are after all 12 months in a year.

What is your blog’s URL and how did you choose it?
www.fashionhayley.com – Fashion Hayley was my “internet name” on forums and things so it just became my blogs name too.
When did you first start blogging and what made you first hit the keyboard?
I started blogging back in 2006 when I was moving overseas to Tokyo. I wanted to keep everyone back home informed about what I was up to and it slowly transformed into the fashion blog it is today.
What is the thing you most enjoy about blogging?
I love the blogging community. Everyone is so nice and supportive. I have met some really good friends through blogging.
What is the coolest thing your blog has helped you to do?
There are so many things that my blog has opened up doors to. Right now I have designed my own blogger window at Sportsgirl’s Chapel Street store, which was a really good opportunity.

What piece of advice would you give to someone just starting out their very first blog?
Do not just blog images from other peoples blogs. That is my pet hate, blogs that are just regurgitating what other people are doing. You need to do your own thing!
What do you love about Nuffnang?
I love that Nuffnang is a community of bloggers of all descriptions.
Tell us about your pets, friends, hobbies, star sign, shoe size… whatever!
I have a pet papillion dog called Hachiko, after a famous dog in Tokyo. He is so cute and funny, but a little bit limpy at the moment. He had to have an operation on his hind leg as it was dislocated, so he is in a bandage and has a cone around his neck limping around. Poor Hachi.
Fashion Week is coming up in Melbourne very soon – can you share your favourite story from a previous fashion show you attended?
I love LMFF, but I have also attended fashion week in Japan, which blew my mind. The shows are indescribable in their weirdness and wackyness. LMFF is much more tame in comparison simply because the designers in Australia are much more commercial. I love both though, Tokyo for its crazyness and Australia for its beautiful wearability.
What are you looking forward to most at Fashion Week this year – any particular event or a particular designer you have your eye on?
In saying that there is a lot of amazing young talent pushing the boundaries of design, so the show I am most looking forward to is the Metamorphasis student showcase, which showcases top design students work from around the country.
Will you be liveblogging Fashion Week, or should we look out for updates after the event?
I will be working for Melbourne Street Fashion throughout the week, updating runway photos and street photos every night after the shows. Then on my personal blog you can expect to see my take on the week, what I thought of everything and who I met.
